Obamacare or more formally The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act was said by the Supreme Court that it does not violate the Constitution. They state that it’s a permissible tax under the Constitution. It’s a lot of people that like Obamacare and that it helps our health care system. And then it’s a lot of people that hates Obamacare; most noticeable any half blooded conservative.
With everything there are people for it and people against it especially in the 2 party America government. And let’s not forget that it’s an election year. Really it’s pointless to get into the pros and cons of the matter because depending on whose perspective you are listening to the opinions change per perspective. So for the general public we must sort out all of the stuff that don’t concern us (on the surface because everything concern us but who has the time to get so deep into all of the politico bullshit when we have to worry about work, our children, or the fact that the corner store ran out of strawberry milk to go with my Apple Jax cereal.) So we’re going to focus on on one particular point of Obamacare:
The new law imposes penalties (tax) to those who fail to get health care.
This is some deep sh%t because you will be fined for not having health care. And when the government start messing with people money all hell will break loose. Some claim that it’s communism or socialism for the government to make it mandatory to have to buy anything in the Land Of The Free. But here’s the News flash for those who fell that way:
{Car Insurance is MANDATORY.}
Should I have to say more? Probably, but all I will say is Obamacare has it’s flaws like every decision made by a human. People or decisions are not perfect but Obamacare shows effort to provide affordable health care for everyone. So what he has to play the parent who is willing to punish there children for not doing something that is for there own good.
I’m all for Universal Health Care but that to is flawed as will. And I guess being an American citizen I will have to accept Obamacare and will enthusiastically.
Oh, Rush Limbaugh does that mean you will leave America now? You should go to Mexico, they have a lot of the pills you like f

  1. Newsflash, your little car insurace comparison makes no sense. In order to make sense, the government would have to have a mandate for everyone to buy a car, insure it, or face being taxed. You have a choice of using public transportation, bicycles or even walking as alternatitive. With Obamacare if you breathe you must buy or else be taxed.
    I bet you have no idea that there are about 30 million people in this country that are eligible for healthcare but don’t know it or are just too stupid to fill out the paperwork? Do you also know that millions of Americans are going to lose their employer supplied healthcare and be forced to buy lesser insurance for double or in my case triple my current annual healthcare premium? Rather than dealing with the real problem, bridging the gap for the less than 10% of Americans who are either too stupid or ineligible or for health insurance, they ruin it for the 90% plus it’s working for. It’s no longer, or should I say was never defecit neutral, nor will it do anything to lower health care costs. (Obama lied) The best way to combat the out of control prices of healthcare is to allow the sale of insurance plans across state lines. It would force them to make their money in volume over margin and drastically lower premiums for all.

    This version of healthcare reform was never supported by the majority of Americans, to say so is another lie. Nancy Pelosi had to blackmail lawmakers into voting for it. It cost Democrats control of the house and the loss of several senate seats.

    This entire piece you wrote is just a regurgiton and defense of white house/DNC talking points, lies and apple to oranges comparisons and lacks any individual thought. Leave the big boy topics to the big boys.

    • Great comment. Be sure that everything on this site is my thoughts. And because you don’t agree on it don’t attack me that makes you seem stupid. And even more stupid since this isn’t the 1st time you been to my site. But thinks for the support, every hater is needed.

  2. Howard Dean (democrat) says obalmycare is a bailout of the insurance companies in return for bribes (contributions) they paid out to BOTH democrats and republicans. That’s why republicans only put up token resistance to it.

    What industry wouldn’t want the government to force 50,000,000 people to become customers overnight?

    Of course, none of these “conservatives” bitched when auto insurance became mandatory. This is largely modeled after that.
